On September 12th, join your fellow DAF'ers on an old favorite - Airport in the Sky (KAVX)! Currently, the restaurant, DC3, is serving on their outdoor patio with the required distancing in place, and the trails are open  (face masks required to order inside of DC3). For those more adventurous, we will arrange for a DAF campsite location on the airport if interested in an overnight airplane camping experience. Please sign up sooner vs later so we can reach out to you if rules and regulations regarding social distancing change. There will be a GroupMe group for the preflight briefing for all registered participants. Currently, there is no plan to meet at the GAC prior to the flight for better social distancing. The tentative plan is to meet at Catalina Airport at 11AM, weather permitting.
