DAFers will be flying into Hangtown (a.k.a. Placerville, CA) in the heart of beautiful Gold Country for the weekend of April 24-26. We will be staying at the Placerville Best Western (530-622-9100). At this point, our block may have expired but as of March 28, King-bed rooms were still available at an AAA rate of $135/night. Mention the Del Amo Flyers, and you may still be able to get a discount. 

Planned activities will include a Friday night Happy Hour, a gourmet picnic lunch at the nearby Boeger winery, and tour of an old gold mine. There will be plenty of free time as well to explore downtown Placerville and the surrounding area.
