A Ride-In to the Petersen Automotive Museum

newpetersenmuseumexteriorPlease register now for a tour of the Petersen Automotive Museum on January 25th.

The museum features 100,000 sq ft of exhibits, 25 galleries, and over 300 vehicles. Just a few of the currently featured exhibitions are:
  • Hollywood Dream Machines: vehicles of science fiction and fantasy;
  • Winning Numbers: the first, the fastest, the famous;
  • Building an electric future.
We have a docent highlights tour arranged for when we arrive for about an hour to get an overview of the museum. After our overview we have a number of hours to explore and experience the Petersen. The Petersen has a restaurant inside the museum, so lunch is on your own.

We are arranging bus transportation to and from Torrance and will purchase admission and tour tickets as a group. Cost will be $50 per person, this includes transportation, admission and tour.

We need to get at least 40 people to make this break even, and the bus is limited to 56 people. So, please sign up early, and for an incentive, if we get enough people we will try and get snacks for our return trip.

Planned bus pickup is from the GA center at KTOA at 9:30am

Planned return departure from the Petersen is at 3pm and returning back to the GA center at KTOA.
