March 2018 Dinner Meeting with Richard Foss
For our March dinner meeting we once again welcomed American journalist, science fiction author and food historian, Richard Foss. His talk, Inventing The Flying Meal – The Early Days of Food in Flight, gave us insight into the the early vessels that carried humans in the air and presented some of the most challenging cooking environments that ever existed. It's amazing that any meal could be created in flight, much less a good one! We thank Richard Foss for enlightening and entertaining once more!
