July Hangar Social
Our First Sunday Hangar Social for July will be hosted by David and Barbara Bentley at Hangar 2723K (Acme Aircraft Row).
The Del Amo Flyer hangar parties are designed to meet fellow pilots, aspiring pilots, or just those interested in flying in general. For this particular hangar party, David Bentley is setting up a microphone and speakers to allow a learning experience while we enjoy each other's company. For example, especially relevant would be a miscommunication with ATC, a problem maintenance issue (that perhaps could have been avoided), or the necessity to fill out a NASA ASRS (Aviation Safety Reporting System) for some reason. It is not necessary to speak, just an opportunity to learn from each other.
There will be the opportunity to order your “DAF 50th Anniversary” T-Shirts at the Hangar Social for $20. Thanks to Kel for coordinating the T-Shirt sales. Get your order in so you have them for the August Hangar Potluck!
No need to sign up, just bring your favorite finger food and drink. You can bring a chair if you like.
